New Year Glow in mumbai

The new year Kickstarted in a trans-Atlantic flight. And watching the movies Martian and the intern back to back. Landed in mumbai and have the winter glow of New York City. Well, if one can tackle 30 years of living in the mumbai megalolis, New York from a standpoint is a super easy place. Stimulated, energised and ready to start my best year of living. Wishing you a happy 2016 as well.

Picasso's Muse and Companion: Gilot

Muse number 6, Francoise Gilot was Pablo Picasso's lover for 11 years and had 2 children with him: Claude and Paloma. Now 93 and an artist in her own right, she paints. She was also the only woman not destroyed by Picasso. She left him with her 2 young children and moved to New York where she wrote a best seller book: life with Picasso, which Picasso tried to stop from getting published and dis-inherited his children from her as a result.                      

 So wonderful to meet Gilot in person. I noticed her stunning neckpiece immediately and her sense of style & taste immediately. One Degree of separation from the great master Pablo.  I could imagine and feel the world of the prodigal master, Pablo Picasso and Francoise Gilot.

New York State of Mind

September 29, 2015:                           Just landed in New York. The day indian actress from Mumbai, Priyanka Chopra debuted on American TV series: Quantico. The first week is a Cultural shock after Italy and the seaside days. Manhattan is huge behemoth, time and money and skills are respected. People from all over the world, melt their energies and their drive into the one & only- big apple. My friends and clients opened their hearts to welcome me in.
